WP11000, financial feasibility and socio impact, is studied by IAC.

The project will analyse the financial instruments available for large-scale observing facilities and the impact on society of the project, taking into account the promotion of employment, the social, educational and cultural integartion of the population, the impulse of industries, environmental impact, etc.
