Submission to the EST competition "The Sun at a glance" closed on December 23, 2021.

A total of 561 infographics from 214 high schools in 16 different countries were received by the deadline. From December 24 to January 10, the EST Communication Office contacted a number of teams to fix problems with the resolution or format of the infographics.

The material submitted to the competition is of high quality, covers a wide range of topics, and will allow a very comprehensive Solarpedia to be created. This is a truly pan-European effort, as can be seen in the following charts. 

The infographics are being assessed by an international jury consisting of scientists, journalists and science communication specialists from different institutions across Europe. The jury members are listed at the bottom of this page.

The results of the evaluation and the winners of the EST School Contest will be announced in the Prizes and Results section during the first half of February. Good luck everyone!
