On 27th September 2024, the European Researchers' Night took place in Bratislava, Slovakia. As every year, it was an event filled with learning and experiences that brought the complexity of quantum science closer to the public.
Representing the EST project were Manuel Collados (President of the Foundation), Peter Gömory (Vice President), Héctor Socas (Director), Ana Aricha (Deputy Director for Consortia, Organisations, and International Scientific Infrastructures at the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities), and the State Secretary of Slovakia's Ministry of Science. In addition, Manuel Collados and Peter Gömory had the opportunity to present the European Solar Telescope to the attending public, showcasing its current state of development and future projection.
Visitors of all ages and backgrounds had the chance to witness quantum phenomena in action and gain a better understanding of how these technologies will shape the future.
