On 17 January, the member of the Board of Trustees of the EST Foundation, Robertus Erdélyi (University of Sheffield) participated in a colloquium at the National Astronomical Observatory of China, NAOC, Beijing. One of the main topics of this meeting was the European Solar Telescope.
