From October 25 to 27, 2023, the Parque de las Ciencias from Granada, the most visited museum in Andalucia, hosted the IX Congreso de Comunicación Social de la Ciencia, an event organized by the Asociación Española de Comunicación Científica and the members of the 'Granada, Ciudad de Ciencia e Innovación' project.
During the congress, whose motto this year was "Unity makes science," over 400 science communicators from different parts of Spain discussed the challenges of social science through a program featuring more than 200 conferences. Luis Bellot (IAA-CSIC) delivered a presentation discussing "The Sun at a Glance," the international infographic competition for secondary schools that took place within the EST project.
