During the international conference SOLARNET "Sun in Science and Society" held at the M9-Museum of the '900 in Mestre, Venice, from the 11th to the 15th of September, a public event titled 'Un Sole, Nessun Sole, Centomila Soli' took place.
Discussions at the gathering focused on the science and technology of the European Solar Telescope. As a concluding highlight, the EST documentary 'Reaching for the Sun', directed by Emilio García and produced by Luis Bellot from IAA-CSIC, was screened in English with Italian subtitles.
