The Hungarian Solar Physics Foundation organized astronomy days in Gyula on 26th-27th September.
The programs were taking place in the Almásy Castle, where visitors had the opportunity to observe the sky with professional binoculars and participate in lectures, including presentations of the EST project. The astronomers, Dr. Robertus Erdelyi, Dr. Bernadett Belucz, and Dr. Marianna Korsós, helped the Foundation with this, and they were also happy to answer the questions.
The main theme on Saturday was the forecast of the Sun and space weather, and its social risk and effects. The two-day event was attended by almost 300 people.
