The EST project participated in the virtual Astro Camps 2021 organised by the Irish Low Frequency Array (I-LOFAR) and the Trinity College Dublin. This activity was aimed to engage kids with astronomy research. EST scientists Luis Bellot (IAA-CSIC), Sara Esteban (IAC), Ricardo Gafeira (OGAUC) and Ada Ortiz (Expert Analytics) shared their experiences and explained to the kids what solar physics research is like. Thanks to Áine Flood (I-LOFAR, TCD) for the invitation to join the Astro Camps 2021!
The three sessions took place on July 28-30 (for kids aged 10-12), August 11-13 (kids aged 13-15) and August 18-20, 2021 (kids aged 10-12).
